  • 2 to 3 kilograms boneless chicken thighs.
  • 4 long metal skewers.

Process

  • Take a large bowl and add lemon juice, ketchup, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, cumin, red pepper flakes, paprika, cinnamon, and black pepper. Now, mix all the ingredients very well.
